do you think they should give a tax break to Laundromats and car washes if they build next to water treatment?
plants and use the recyled, clean water from the plants?
they would have to do that much digging for water pipelines if they are nextdoor!
they would not have to do much digging!

they treat all water no matter how far it goes, so they pay the same.
Many car washes do their own water treatment and recycling already, and have for many years. I don’t know, however, if laundromats do.
